McDonald's in Kirchheim

Today I had the worst MC Donald visit ever. After buying two menus, I went to the parking lot to eat. When I was almost finished, an employee came out and drove at me in a tone that I was not allowed to park there and she now calls the police immediately, etc. I have rarely seen something unfriendly. I'm in the field and couldn't go home. I didn't know then that you weren't allowed to park there. I will probably switch to BK first.

Today I had the most underground experience of my life in a Mc Donald. Due to Covid, it is currently unavoidable to sometimes consume this high-quality fast food. At the moment this is of course only possible via Drive In. Since the restaurant in Kirchheim closes at 8 p.m., I hurried to get there on time. At 7:52 p.m., I was the last vehicle in the queue. When I got to the microphone at 7:59 p.m. I was asked if I had a large order. When I said no, I was told that the restaurant would close at 8:00 p.m. and that I would not get anything. Even the fact that there was no longer a car behind me couldn't do anything. I don't think it's the right way to deal with customers. Although I have had bad experiences with the quality of the food (temperature of the dishes) in this Mc Donald in the past, I have always refrained from negative reviews. Thank you for letting me stay hungry today. That's it for me with this and all the other Mc Donalds ... I will send a copy of this complaint to the head office!

Despite Corona and. Lockdown can be ordered at the Drive Through, via the website or app. Possible without any problems during normal business hours. You should be prepared for longer vehicle queues, especially in the evenings and on weekends. However, the friendly staff is pretty quick and the waiting time is perfectly acceptable.

Respect for the staff. Traffic jam all the way to the roundabout and the staff is still friendly. RESPECT

McDrive with unfriendly staff, advance payment via app did not work, the chicken nuggets pack of 20 only contained 19.

Best and fastest Mc Donalds ever. Keep it up 👍 In the Mc Drive, ordered ... paid immediately afterwards ... the food has already been waved to one window down. Everything was still fresh enough and the fries were hot and crispy. This is how fast food works 💪💪💪 P.S. we were only passing through (A8) so everyone can learn from us (Mannheim area).

It could be a bit cleaner and the dishes should be made a bit fresher. But for a fast food restaurant, the McDonalds is really good.

Large selection, delicious food and always friendly staff. Clean yard. I like to come here often. Located close to the motorway entrance. If you want to eat inside you can park right there or a few meters further there is a quieter parking lot. Top.

Unfortunately, we were shocked to discover that the Veggie Burger had been removed from the range. This left a deep void in my order. I cannot understand this in any case and hereby appeal to change this abruptly. For me, nothing can replace this burger. It was an essential part of my meal at this fast food establishment.
